About the Film

JOURNEY TO MARS 3D is a three part television mini-series that will take audiences into the most isolated NASA labs, launch them deep into interplanetary space, and finally plant them solidly on the dusty red surface of Mars, able to look around and explore the planet around them.

JOURNEY TO MARS 3D will allow audiences to explore the Red Planet in the most immersive experience possible. Combining actual stereoscopic images from the rovers with stereoscopic computer-animated sequences and live-action 3-D interviews with NASA scientists and engineers will allow audiences to share in the history of the project and the drama of the mission. Back on terra firma, JOURNEY TO MARS 3D will meet the men and women who have made space exploration possible. These modern-day Columbus' will take us on a tour of the hardware and science behind the exploration of the 21st Century's New World.
